Returns and Refunds :
If any items are unsuitable you may return them for an exchange or refund. You need to pay the postage for the goods to come back to us via the Post Office (second class )

When returning the goods please ensure you receive adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods you are returning

Newtonstore can not be held responsible for lost parcels. We won't recharge you postage for goods that are to be exchanged because they are faulty.

Product Descriptions :
Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. However, occasionally a slight variation from the actual products can occur.

When Will It Be Delivered?
We will ensure your order is despatched to you as quickly as possible, however, we do ask all customers to allow up to 28 WORKING days for delivery.

All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
